Annica's Broom - Lee Jordan, Drew Rose

★★

This lovely short story's all written in verses,
about a young witch, her broom and short messages.
She meets a policeman, a troll and an elf
and learns a good lesson in spite of herself:
she shouldn't have texted and tried to re-tweet
when flying from a house on One Creepy Street
!

Catchy rhymes and lovely drawings for this book featuring a thirteen-year-old modern witch, who learns to not "text and drive" the hard way.

Thanks to Netgalley and Black Rose Writing for the preview.
